Galvanized square steel pipe is a kind of hollow square-section steel pipe with square cross-section shape and size formed by hot-rolled or cold-rolled galvanized steel strip or galvanized coil as blank, cold-formed, high-frequency welding, or prepared in advance. The cold-formed hollow steel pipe is a galvanized rectangular pipe processed by hot-dip galvanizing.

Most of the steel pipes in our lives are round pipes. Under the same circumference, the area of a circle is larger than that of a square tube, which can transport more fluid. Although galvanized square pipe is not suitable for the feel of the pipe, galvanized square pipe performs better in some applications. Due to its flat surface, the galvanized square pipe makes it easy to attach bolts and other objects to it. It can also get close to nearby objects, reducing wasted space.
